The Music of Albert Ayler and Songs of Christmas

Mars Williams brings his Chicago Christmas tradition to New Orleans. The music of Albert Ayler blended with music of the holiday season in an intimate house event at the fabulous New Quorum (2435 Esplanade in New Orleans). Mars Williams (saxes, etc), Jeff Albert (trombone), Rob Cambre (guitar), James Singleton (bass & pocket trumpet?), and Paul Thibodeaux (drums). $10 donation includes great music and Gianna's wonderful gumbo. Donation cash bar, come hang and eat at 8, concert will start about 8:30.
